This position is for a Window’s CNO Developer position. Applicants should have an understanding of Windows Operating System internals, including using the Windows API and both documented and undocumented Windows Kernel data structures. Candidates must be willing to relocate at the conclusion of the internship. While our program is remote, our follow on employment opportunities are not.

Required Skill Pre-Requisites

You must already know how to code. There is unfortunately not enough time to teach both coding and the internship content. You do not need to be a coding expert, but you must be capable of translating a problem into computer instructions. Self taught coders are encouraged to apply. C/C++/Python is preferred, but if you know how to code in any other language, that is acceptable.

The Role

As a CNO SkillBridge intern, you will learn the skills required to succeed as a CNO Developer. You will work on a number of projects that will take your coding abilities to the next level as you learn from mentors dedicated to your success.

Through the Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge Program, Cohere will host qualified active-duty Service Members for training for up to the final six months of your active-duty service obligation. Any rank, enlisted or officer, may apply. Your Commander must authorize participation in Cohere’s SkillBridge Program prior to the start of your internship.

At the conclusion of this internship, Service Members will have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Coding – You will develop your abilities coding in C/C++ and Python, and have an understanding Object Oriented Programming, Networking (sockets), Multithreading, and implementing cryptographic protocols for data at rest and data in transit.

Exploitation – You will learn the fundamentals of exploitation, including various stack and heap attacks, and how to bypass various protection mechanisms.

Reverse Engineering – You will learn how to use RE tools including both debuggers and disassemblers.

Collaboration – You will learn how to use a version control system (git) and CI/CD tools.

Eligibility

• Have served at least 180 days on active duty
• Are within 180 days of separation or retirement
• Will receive an Honorable Discharge
• Have completed service TAPS/TGPS
• Have received Commander approval to participate

Duration

• 18 - 24 weeks

Clearance:

• Must be eligible for a USG clearance
• Must be willing to take a Full Scope Polygraph
• Some positions will require an active Secret, Top Secret, or SCI to start

SkillBridge participants are not eligible for compensation from Cohere, as they continue to receive compensation and benefits through the DoD. Upon completion of this program, Cohere will coordinate for SkillBridge participants to interview for open CNO positions. The Role

• Serving as a member of the team supporting the installation, optimization, integration, troubleshooting, backup, recovery, modification, security, and upgrading of IT systems and components

Cohere is seeking a Senior Web Content Admin to support our client with design, creation, deployment, and maintenance of multiple web sites supporting the Intelligence Community. You will also be establishing and maintaining an effective and collaborative relationship with customers, end users, and other team members.

What You’ll Get to Do

• Serve as SME, processing in-depth knowledge of Web Content analysis. 

• Serve as SME for SharePoint Online resource for management, administration, and development.

• File migration from on Premise SharePoint to SharePoint Online

• Manages web environment design, development, deployment, and maintenance activities. 

• Performs testing and quality assurance of web sites and web applications. 

• Collaborates with development teams to discuss, analyze, or resolve usability issues. 

• Collaborates with developers to create and operate internal and external web sites. 

• Develop, manage, update, and modify websites, including design and non-design aspects, from project initiation to deployment, and maintenance activities. 

• Design processes and strategies to help improve the SharePoint look and feel.

• Implement and maintain user-friendly designs to ensure optimum user experience and 508-compliance on all aspects and components of the websites. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide managing/performing SharePoint website editorial activities including gathering and researching information that enhances the value of the site. 

• Ability to quickly understand and utilize new concepts and technologies. 

• Possess, practice and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

• To manage projects, such as e-marketing campaigns. 

• Evaluate testing routines or procedures for adequacy, sufficiency, and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI w/ Poly is required

• 5-10 years of relevant work experience in SharePoint experience.

• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Adobe Flash Player. 

• Familiarity with WordPress, Service Now and SharePoint Online and previous SharePoint versions. 

• Strong writing skills and extensive experience writing at the collegiate level.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Experience with communications and web development activities.

• Experience managing content delivery via social media platforms.

• Ability to work within a team environment with minimal supervision.
